About the role ????️
- As an experienced FP&A Analyst at Vestiaire Collective, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our global growth strategies. This is more than just a role—it’s an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of our company. You’ll be working closely with our executive team, providing critical insights that drive key business decisions. In a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you’ll act as a true business partner, combining advanced financial analysis with a deep understanding of our operational performance.You will report to the FP&A Director and join a team of 5 FP&A talents.
What you will do ????
- Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of our global operational and financial performance.
- Define, forecast, and analyze key operational and financial KPIs such as GMV, revenue, marketing spend, customer lifetime value and opex.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, supporting decision-making with insightful analyses and dynamic dashboards.
- Drive the automation and optimization of financial processes, including the adoption of cutting-edge reporting and forecasting tools.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses on strategic initiatives, including M&A opportunities and international expansion.
Who you are ⭐
- You bring 4-6 years of experience, ideally within an e-commerce or tech environment.
- You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- You possess outstanding analytical skills, integrity, and a passion for tackling complex challenges.
- You’re a strong communicator, fluent in English and French, with the ability to influence senior management.
- You excel under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau is a must.
- You’re a team player, eager to collaborate, learn, and grow within a supportive team.
