Syensqo’s Foundations for the Future program offers recent graduates the opportunity to take on exciting and challenging assignments throughout rotations in different locations in Europe.Foundations for the Future (FFF) is Syensqo’s intensive rotational development program for our future Marketing and Sales leaders. In 3 years, it prepares you for key responsibilities in marketing and sales roles and, eventually, managerial positions. This program will focus on delivering a fast-paced, experience-laden journey toward a career path by giving you the tools, flexibility, and support to take on exciting and challenging assignments. While the FFF program focuses on Marketing and Sales, it is not limited to positions only in this domain. FFF talents have been able to experience assignments in Strategy, Supply Chain, Sustainability, and other internal platforms.
Foundations for the Future is specifically designed for entry-level graduates in the Business and/or Economics field. This program’s rotations are designed to last between 12-18 months with a possibility to relocate to different Syensqo location in Europe. You’ll become a valuable partner of the Syensqo family and within 3 years, you will be taking on key responsibilities.We are looking for:

  • A recent or soon-to-be Master’s graduate in the Business and/or Economics field whose ambition is to build a solid foundation for a successful career, as well as contribute with your creativity, talent, and passion to an exciting fast-paced organization.
  • Individuals, who demonstrate high potential and curiosity through their academic accomplishments, extracurricular involvement and solid internship experience.
  • Dynamic and self-motivated explorers, who are innovative and eager to learn and tackle new challenges.

You will bring :

  • Graduates or soon-to-be (M.A. or MBA) from a leading business school.
  • Successful completion of an internship or apprenticeship assignment in a related field (more than one is preferable, especially in a chemical-related field).
  • Commitment to participating in a rotational program that may require relocation as you move through assignments.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language is highly appreciated.
  • Highly-motivated team player with a “can-do” attitude, who shows initiative, flexibility, and professionalism.
  • Desire to build relationships with multiple business units and functions within the organization.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of strategic analysis and marketing tools is a plus.

Additional information :

  • Location within the EU will be determined by the hiring manager based on particular business needs.
  • Hybrid working is possible if business needs allow.
