The position 

As a Formulation Professional at Novo Nordisk, you will: 

-Provide support to operators. 

-Conduct systematic problem-solving. 

-Prepare deviations and other documents such as CR cases, SOPs, etc. 

-Optimise workflows and processes. 

-Update documents and conduct related training. 

-Produce operational reports. 

-Perform ongoing validations of equipment and processes. 

Qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate who: 

-Holds a degree in engineering, pharmacy, or a related field. 

-Has experience with GMP production and a good understanding of IT (considered an advantage). 

-Is a strong communicator, both written and verbal, in Danish and English. 

-Is flexible, resilient, and possesses exceptional determination. 

-Is structured, quality-conscious, and engaged in their work while maintaining an overview when handling multiple tasks simultaneously. 

As a person, you approach challenges with a positive attitude and contributes constructively to daily tasks. You are a team player who values good cooperation and takes pride in supporting colleagues across departments and the organisation. 

About the department 

Our production is rapidly evolving, and we work daily with the intense pace that production entails, as well as optimising production and related equipment and processes to keep up with the development we face. The factory’s product portfolio covers a large part of all diabetes and obesity preparations, including both marketed products and late-phase clinical products. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and innovation, working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.
