Location: Tewkesbury
Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (shift rota)
Salary: 13.17 per hour
Contract: Full-time, permanent

A long-established, respected business in Tewkesbury is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join their busy chilled warehouse team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role within a supportive, close-knit environment where every team member contributes to keeping operations running smoothly.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy active, practical work , take pride in accuracy, and thrive in a team-focused warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload stock

Support warehouse operations including picking, stock rotation, and replenishment

Maintain a clean, organised workspace and follow all safety procedures

Conduct daily equipment checks and report any issues promptly

Work efficiently to meet operational targets while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy

Assist colleagues with general warehouse duties as required

Candidate Profile

Valid Forklift Truck licence (Counterbalance or Reach)

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment

Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills

Positive, reliable, and proactive approach to work

Flexible and able to work shift patterns to meet operational needs

Awareness of Health & Safety in a warehouse setting

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience working in a chilled warehouse or food production environment
