Our adidas GBS hub delivers high-quality services for Accounts & Sales Operations, Invoice to Cash, Accounts Payable, Retail Accounting, eCommerce Accounting, and other Finance processes, as well as HR Services for adidas companies located in Europe and the Americas. Due to the global positioning of adidas, our GBS hub supports several markets with different language needs. From Porto, we provide services in over 15 languages in the areas of: 

 

-HR SERVICES
Within the framework of HR Services, we provide excellent services and business competence regarding all HR Services-related processes. HR Services include General Administration, People Services, New Hires, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Mobility.

 

-FINANCE
Our Finance teams support the entire organization on both global and operational scales. We establish, execute, and improve internal and external processes. Our goal is to streamline Finance and enhance its efficiency, allowing the business to run smoothly and focus on its core tasks. Finance includes Taxes, General Ledger, and Credit & Collections.

 

-ACCOUNTS AND SALES OPERATIONS 
The Accounts and Sales Operations (ASO) teams are responsible for supporting the business in achieving sales and market strategy objectives. We ensure a reliable, adequate, and competitive B2B customer service level for all assigned wholesale customers in the channel.

 

-PROCUREMENT 
Procurement at Porto provides guidance on Source-to-Pay processes and policies, including standard helpdesk and service support activities for internal customers and suppliers, as well as continuous improvement within Source-to-Pay operations. This area includes Non-Trade Procurement (NTP) and Accounts Payable.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

    · Ideally, a completed university degree.
    · Professional proficiency in English and another European language, such as German, French, Italian, Swedish, Polish, Serbian, Greek or Spanish, among all the others.
    · at least 2 years of experience in a corporate role.
