Food & Beverage Administrator

Location: Ascot
Salary: 25,500 + 3,000 – 4,000 service charge
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 – 5 days out of 7

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the F&B Manager and outlet managers. Manage office operations, supplies, correspondence, and reservations. Coordinate diaries, meetings, and internal/external communications. Assist with menus, promotions, research, and competitor analysis. Uphold the highest standards of guest experience, health & safety, and office presentation. Requirements:

Hospitality background with operational experience preferred. Strong administration and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office. Experience with Opera and Delphi systems is a plus. Excellent communication, teamwork, and initiative. Flexible, able to work weekends, holidays, and key events. Why us?
