Position

• Liaise with the chosen service providers for the planning, implementation and management of all food and beverages services
• Work with contracted FNB service providers to ensure that they deliver the FNB operations that meet KPI’s and is in budget
• Participate in the selection of the suppliers and verify their compliance with contracts
• Liaise with Olympic and Paralympic partners
• Liaise with local health department
• Guarantee quality control standards
• Control and manage VIK agreements
• Support the contracting process for FNB Concessionaires

Requirements

• Previous Games or major event experience a plus
• Previous experience and knowledge of the catering industry
• Previous experience with the management of contractors and assisting to achieve set service standards
• Experience in working in major sporting events
• Previous experience and knowledge in supplier relationship management
• English and Italian must-have, other languages a plus
