Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Salary: A‚¬4500 gross per month

This luxurious, modern and well known hotel is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. If you are a flexible person with passion for food and providing the best guest experience and enjoys working in busy but very high end environments, this is a GREAT opportunity for you.

About the position:

* Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
* Recruitment and training of staff
* Shift scheduling
* Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
* Purchase and control of inventory
* Monitor revenues and expenses
* Ensure practice of heath and safety regulations
* Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products

This is you:

* At least of 4 years of experience in a management role within F&B.
* Previous experience in fine dining or Michelin star restaurants necessary
* Experience managing different outlets
* Knowledge of Inventory management
* Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task
* Good organizational skills
* Leadership and commercial mindset with proven skills
* Already live in the Amsterdam Area
* WSET certification
* International hotel experience
* Passion for Mediterranean food
* Knowledge and passion for Mixology
* English required, Dutch is a plus
