First Line Analyst

1st Line Support Analyst

• Up to £15.00 per hour
• Nottingham based- fully on site
• 3 month contract

We are working with a well known consultancy who are looking for an 1st Line Support Analyst to provide support across Windows and Microsoft applications.

The role will be a 7.5 hour shift during anytime between 7am – 7pm with the potential for on call work in addition, with the possibility of the role becoming permanent at the end of the contract

Key responsibilities:

• Providing 1st Line Support over the phone to end users
• Managing queues
• Proving support for various applications
• Troubleshooting

Key Skills:

• Windows & Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc)
• Good communication skills
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
