DHL International NV – Express is seeking a dynamic and experienced First Choice Coordinator to join our team in Belgium.As a First Choice Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising continuous improvement projects across all departments of the company. Using the First Choice Tools, you will contribute to process improvements that enhance the employee and customer experience. Your role will involve analyzing current processes, making improvement proposals, coordinating with process owners, and implementing solutions.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Experience Project Supervision:· Analyze current processes and propose improvements based on customer experience results.· Coordinate improvements with process owners throughout the organization.· Engage stakeholders and present recommendations or project proposals.· Supervise Continuous Improvement projects and track results.· Communicate improvements throughout the organization.2. First Choice Driver:· Coordinate all activities related to First Choice in collaboration with departments, European, and Global Teams.· Promote First Choice as a crucial enabler for achieving the next level of Excellence.· Optimize business processes and guide the implementation of process improvements.· Ensure proper implementation of global First Choice tools.

· Report progress of local First Choice initiatives.· Communicate the benefits of implemented initiatives to employees, customers, and the company.Who are you? :· Proficient in 0365 and Project Management Tools· Familiarity with First Choice methodology, Lean or Six Sigma· Relevant (IT) University degree is an asset· Project management experience is a must· Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.· Previous project management qualifications (e.g., Prince2/PMI/Scrummaster) and/or First Choice methodology.· Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, senior operational, or commercial roles.· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.· Proactive and takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities.· Process-oriented thinking.· Results-oriented with a balance of a Can-Do spirit and coaching mindset.· Commercially minded and a skilled negotiator.· C-suite presentation skills.What to expect?DHL offers you a challenging and varied position in an organization with an informal corporate culture and an exciting industry.
