Student Job Opportunity: Firmware Development in Rust for Automotive Edge Products
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement firmware drivers and features in Rust for cutting-edge automotive platforms.
- Implement system integration and unit tests using Python to ensure correct functionality, robustness and reliability.
- Dive into legacy code bases to extend and enhance existing functionality
What We’re Looking For
- Strong programming skills in Rust and C.
- Experience or interest in Python for testing workflows.
- A self-motivated mindset and eagerness to explore and understand legacy systems.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Ideal Candidate
- Enrolled in a technical degree program (Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.).
- Looking for hands-on experience in firmware development and embedded systems.
- Curious, driven, and ready to contribute to real-world automotive innovations.
- Availability approximately 20hrs. per week (flexible working time). The possibility of flexible working hours is given
