As a Financial Systems Junior Analyst, you’ll have a unique opportunity to develop expertise that streamlines operations, improves financial transparency, and upholds regulatory compliance standards.Core Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of financial software systems, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, accounting software, budgeting tools, and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of financial systems with other business applications and databases.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into related performance metrics.
• Use Verisk’s ServiceNow platform to monitor, manage, and resolve opened tickets, as well as to provide users with timely support.
• Provide training and support to end-users on systems and processes. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT teams for system maintenance and upgrades.
• Evaluate current processes, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement.
• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operations. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate with:

• 1-2 years of work experience in a similar position providing customer/user support, preferably in the finance area.
• Previous experience in using financial software and ERP systems.
• Data analysis skills using MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions/documentation independently.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
• Fluent English.
