We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Plant Controller for a cheese production site in Bedum. By joining us, you will be part of something bigger and contribute to a better world.In this role, you will be a key member of the local management team in Bedum, reporting within the Global Supply Chain Finance team, allowing for frequent collaboration with finance colleagues at other factories and the head officeWhat You’ll Do:

• Provide strategic financial insights and proposals to enhance site performance.
• Conduct operational and financial analyses, reporting monthly to the management team.
• Serve as a finance business partner for the plant manager and contribute to the local management team.
• Challenge yourself and your colleagues on performance improvements and cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (WO level).
• 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a production environment.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in SAP, PowerBI, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
