You will work closely with the Strategic Finance team on critical topics, including financial planning, business modeling, financial reporting, pricing strategies, and M&A projects. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in corporate finance within a fast-paced and transformative industry.Key Responsibilities * Business Planning
- Assist in the preparation and refinement of the company’s strategic business plans.
- Contribute to financial forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Business Modelization
- Develop and enhance financial models to evaluate performance and assess growth opportunities.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses to support decision-making.
- Pricing Strategy
- Collaborate on pricing models to optimize revenue streams.
- Perform market benchmarking and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions.
- Financial Reporting
- Support the creation of internal and external financial reports.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities.
- M&A Activities
- Participate in the evaluation of potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct due diligence and support the integration process.
What We’re Looking ForEducation & Experience:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Strong academic record, with prior coursework or experience in corporate finance or M&A.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Interest in media, technology, or digital transformation is an advantage.
