We are a team of 5 financial analysts responsible for ensuring high-quality and informative financial reporting, both externally and internally.We work closely together with other Group functions, such as Financial Systems, Investor Relations, Controlling, Property, Credit, Tax and Legal, supporting them with financial reports and analyses. Our work is essential to top management, as we provide valuable insights into financial developments, enabling them to make informed decisions.“We are a collaborative team, and every team member, irrespective of seniority or age, brings unique contributions to the table. And I am proud to say we have fostered an environment that balances humour with professionalism,” Andreas Sørensen, who is head of the team, says.Assist Group ManagementAs a reporting financial analyst, you will support and develop our financial models and reporting systems. You will also assist management in preparing internal and external reporting, just as you will participate in various finance projects.Your workdays will be ever-changing, and though some days will definitely progress as you expected when you started out your day – many will require you to dive into new tasks or projects as they occur.Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Prepare annual and interim financial reports for external reporting
• Deliver internal financial reports to Executive Management
• Generate analyses and KPI reports for Group Management and stakeholders
• Support local finance teams globally
• Develop and implement financial reporting tools and systems
• Ensure that financial information is timely, accurate, complete and IFRS compliant

Analytical mindsetYou are a curious and positive individual, recognised for your strong analytical mindset. You enjoy tackling accounting and reporting challenges from both practical and theoretical perspectives, and your ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately has been proven time and time again.Additionally, you excel at working both independently and as part of a team, consistently delivering high-quality results in any setting.We also expect you to have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, management accounting or similar at a bachelor’s or master’s degree level
• 4+ years of experience as an auditor or a controller
• An understanding of accounting principles (IFRS)
• Experience in preparing annual reports
• Good communication and presentation skills in English
