Responsible for ensuring local books align with Accounting Policies and statutory requirements, utilizing strong accounting knowledge. In charge of end-to-end management with the ability to grasp the big picture while being detail oriented. Tasked with applying strong financial and business acumen, alongside a structured and analytical approach to processes.Responsibilities
– Strong accounting knowledge, with energy and motivation to ensure local books comply with both Accounting Policies and statutory requirements.
– Skilled technical professionals with an ability to manage end-to-end processes.
– Capable of seeing the big picture while being comfortable handling detailed work.
– Strong financial and business acumen, with a solid understanding of processes and a structured, analytical approach.
– Effective communicator, able to work remotely and collaborate as a team player.
– Strong understanding of various areas of Global Business Services.
– Extensive experience presenting and communicating with all types of stakeholders.
– Fluent in English; proficiency in German or Dutch is a plus.Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a controlling or auditing role.
– Strong knowledge of fundamental accounting principles.
– Experience in handling tax filings and related processes.
– Solid financial and business acumen.
– Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and simplified manner.
– Proven ability to collaborate with and influence various stakeholders.
– Strong accountability and ability to hold others accountable.Other information
