1- About AXA Group Operations (AXA GO)Under the leadership of the AXA Group COO & AXA GO CEO, AXA Group Operations covers the following divisions:

- AXA Group Operations (“AXA GO”) is a cost center in AXA Group. It operates across 13 countries and comprises around 7,000 staff members. AXA GO is the IT “heart” of AXA Group and in the driver seat of its digital transformation.
2- OverviewGO Finance division operates in 13 countries, 14 legal entities. There are circa 250 people working for GO Finance.Since more than 2 years, AXA GO Finance is going through a massive Finance Transformation. As an example, three new tools are live since April 2024:
- SAP S4HANA : accounting processes
- COUPA: procurement to pay processes
- ANAPLAN: cost & revenue monitoring processes
Finance Transformation departments missions are to:
- Implement new process and then collaborate with other AXA GO finance departments such as Accounting & Controlling to transfer them those activities once stabilized.
§ Support Finance Departments in their process improvements.§ Steer Finance community through harmonization, simplification, and modernization of tools & processes towards a lean organization while improving the quality of data.§ Ensure roles & responsibilities are well defined across finance division.§ Facilitate communication between Finance and IT for projects impacting finance tools or data.§ Be the entry point inside AXA GO for any transformation topic.§ Take the lead on ad hoc Finance projects leading to improve finance department efficiency.3- Job PurposeAs part of the Finance Transformation team, Finance Transformation Officer reports to the Head of Finance Transformation and must:
- Support Finance Transformation with tools improvement (or new tools) and deployment within Group Operations worldwide.
- Facilitate discussions between finance and IT to improve efficiency on delivery and avoid bottle neck effect.
- Clarify the roles and responsibilities regarding tools by collaborating between Finance & IT teams.
- Prioritize requests from users to streamline finance processes and ease rationalisation and deployment of common practices across countries.
- Act as project manager depending on the various finance transformation topics.
Qualifications4- Leadership Capabilities
- Strong finance background to understand Finance processes
- Strong skills in project management
- Able to work in a matrix organization
- Excellent proficiency using Pack Office particularly Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of SAP, ANAPLAN and COUPA
- Experience in business Transformation
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to drive the change in a transversal/functional mode
- Solution driven in agile mode
5- LanguagesEnglish: fluent mandatory – 50% of the meetings & written communication are in english.
French: fluent mandatory – 50% of the meetings & written communication are in French.6- Education & ExperienceExperience in Finance is a must.
Experience in Change Management and Transformation.
