AXA Group Operations operates across 13 countries and comprises around 5,000 staff members.2- OverviewFinance Transformation team (10 people) belongs to GO Finance division (250 people). The main missions of the Finance Transformation team are:

  • Steering Finance community through harmonization, simplification, and modernization of tools, processes and people organization across the 13 countries of GO.
  • Foster continuous processes and tools improvement.
  • Implement new process and then collaborate with other AXA GO finance departments such as Accounting & Controlling to transfer them those activities once stabilized.
  • Facilitate communication between Finance and IT teams for projects impacting finance tools or data.
  • Accompany change through documentation and trainings.

Job PurposeAs part of the Finance Transformation team, Finance Transformation Junior Analyst will:

  • Foster change management by preparing clear communication plans and supports to facilitate and accelerate adoption of new processes & tools.
  • Support Finance Transformation team on different projects related to process, tools, and organization improvement.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops with several countries and teams (inside & outside finance division).
  • Take part in the animation of the Business Process Owner community inside finance to promote best practices.

QualificationsEducationMaster’s degree in FinanceOR Master’s degree in Communication with background or interest for Finance.Leadership Capabilities

  • Strong skills in communication
  • Tool mastering in Power Point
  • Financial background to understand Finance processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to drive the change in a transversal/functional mode
  • Solution driven in agile mode
  • Team spirit

Languages

  • French: fluent– 50% of the meetings & written communication are in French.
  • English: fluent – 50% of the meetings & written communication are in english.
