The Position
Your main responsibility as a Finance Student Assistant will be to provide hands-on support in relevant data analytics to the Finance and Operations department, as well as selected functions in the line of business. In this position you will be working flexibly, adjusted to the needs of your studies as well as to our relevant business needs. The expected working hours will be 16 hours per week, during normal working hours. You will have the possibility to work additional hours during summer and peak periods.

As a Finance Student Assistant your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

-Relevant analysis and appropriate follow-up on monthly sales, costs and ad-hoc detailed sales reports.
-Supporting the sales and marketing departments with data analytics.
-Presentation of performance analysis to sales team.
-Development of excellent market data analysis to sales and marketing and proper follow-up and corrective action.
-Be the go-to person in the team in terms of Power BI development and drive continuous improvement in analysis and processes.
-Ad-hoc projects within related knowledge area.
 

Your main workplace will be our great office in Oslo, Nydalen.

About you

Qualifications:

-You are currently studying within the field of finance, economy, business administration or the equivalent at a university or business school in Oslo, Norway
-You are in the beginning of your studies and have as a minimum 2 years of your studies left before graduating from your current program
-You have good capabilities with MS Office programmes (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
-You have excellent Norwegian and English language skills, in both written and spoken
-If you already have relevant work experience, that will be considered a plus
