We invest in our people.Join us in creating a new standard for wealth management:About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Business Operations team. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic projects that enhance our operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with a deep understanding of prime brokerage operations and a proven track record in managing complex projects from inception to completion.Reporting line: Deputy Chief Operations OfficerLocation: anywhereWorksite: remoteResponsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects within the Business Operations team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Trading, Compliance, IT, Client Services) to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on status to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for course correction when necessary.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery, while proactively addressing any issues that arise.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies by analyzing current workflows and recommending enhancements.
• Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in project management within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of prime brokerage operations, including trading, clearing, settlement, etc
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to project management.
