If your answer is YES to these questions, we have an exciting job opportunity for you as Finance & Operations Director in Malmo, Sweden.
The position
As the Finance & Operations (F&O) Director, you will be accountable for the risk profile of the affiliate from a financial perspective and support the Swedish business through a strong finance & business partner F&O-organization. You will lead a team of highly engaged employees and be responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis, Data/Digital & IT, Logistics, Commercial Excellence andProcurement. This position will report to the General Manager and you will manage a team of 6 members directly and 1 student assistant. This position will be onsite at Novo Nordisk Malmo Sweden office with flexibility of working from home.
Your main duties include, but are not limited to:

-Ensure operating profit achievement by driving a transparent budget process and managing internal budget meetings, conducting financial analyses of proposals, investments, and fund sources.
-Guide management in business-related risk discussions and participate in business ethics risk assessments. Drive value creation by analyzing datasets and presenting key insights for optimal business decisions.
-Ensure effective supply of products through monthly forecast meetings with Nordic Logistics
-Actively participate in the Business Ethics Committee and serve as a role model for ethical behavior.
-Drive commercial excellence by ensuring the utilization of relevant data for business discussions and decisions. Manage the safe provision of facilities and fleet management.
-Drive Data/Digital & IT in Sweden with responsibility for the CRM system locally

Qualifications
-You hold a relevant academic degree within Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a similar.
-You have a minimum of 8 years to 10 years of experience in financial management and budgeting, strategic planning and partnering with the business. Strong Leadership experience, good analytical skills, and strong with numbers.
-Solid business judgment and ability to effectively interact with senior management and external partners.
