Now, we’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Goroka, someone ready to combine financial excellence with meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

You’ll help steer our financial direction, ensuring that every kina contributes to changing lives. Day to day, you’ll:

• Prepare the programme’s annual financial plan in line with tactical goals.

• Complete monthly accounts, re-forecasts, and reconciliations with precision and care.

• Oversee all financial transactions, bringing structure, clarity, and accountability.

• Lead and mentor a small, dedicated finance team.

• Travel occasionally to remote bases for internal audits and team visits.

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary accounting qualifications
• CPA membership of a professional accounting body
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience
• Minimum 2 years experience leading a team
• Excellent attention to detail, organised and methodical and responsible work habits
• Must be willing to travel and spend time in both offices

Desirable:

• Aviation experience
• Cross-cultural experience strongly recommended
