Join us today!Description Summary:We are looking for a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team in the Netherlands!You will act as a Financial Partner on the HMTX Global Management Team. You will play a key role in overseeing financial operations for our European business. You will report directly to the Corporate Controller based in North America and provide crucial support to the local European finance team.Responsibilities include:
What You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration (or equivalent) required, MBA preferred. Chartered financial Analyst (CFA) or Professional Accountant (CPA).Minimum 5 years of general finance experience, with at least 3 years managing a team.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in Dutch. Fluency in English is a must (German a plus).Global Mindset: Experience and adeptness at working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented global environment.Technical Skills: Expert level skills in all Microsoft Office applications & a proven experience with financial management software systems.Financial Expertise: Significant experience preparing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.Experience consolidating foreign operations & Strong analytical skills.Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational skills.Adaptability and Collaboration: Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and quickly adapt to a changing environment.Working Conditions:Schedule: Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST. Due to the global nature of the role, some flexibility may be required to attend occasional evening meetings, conference calls, or contribute additional work input outside of core hours.Work environment: In office in Oud Gastel, NetherlandsTravel: Some overnight travel may be required.Does this sound like your dream job?
