Conduct an audit of current financial processes and implement necessary improvements.
Prepare the company to secure external funding (e.g., investors, venture capital, banks).
Create and manage an internal finance and accounting department, including the implementation of accounting tools and systems.
Develop and execute a long-term financial strategy to support the company’s growth.
Support the owner in making key strategic decisions regarding the future development of the business.
Monitor and manage cash flow, analyze financial results, and report key financial metrics to the board.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal and tax regulations.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO or in a similar role, preferably in a start-up or fast-growing company.
Experience working with entrepreneurs.
Experience in developing business models and preparing a company for fundraising – a must-have.

Knowledge of financial audit, controlling, and fundraising processes.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and support the owner in development planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with owners, investors, and teams.
Advanced proficiency in English.
