Apply now!The PositionAs a Finance Compliance Partner within CAPEX in Fill & Finish, you will drive financial controlling, reporting and analysis of Fill & Finish’s investment Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) portfolio and ensure financial compliance within Fill & Finish. You will be involved in multiple business cases towards senior management and will interact with multiple stakeholders anchored in HQ functions and Fill & Finish’s global project organisation.Your main responsibilities will include:
- Financial compliance partnering across the entire project portfolio.
- Prepare accounting analysis and financial recommendations to Fill & Finish management and other key stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional finance projects (e.g. accounting, tax, internal controls projects) and ad-hoc corporate reporting initiatives.
- Review and evaluate CAPEX controls documentation from FFEx projects, driving standardization and quality improvement.
- Provide accounting guidance to CAPEX projects and FFEx project organization, including ad hoc preparation of strategic accounting memos and review of CAPEX accounting memos.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role you should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or similar.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience working as an auditor, business partner or as a financial consultant and solid understanding of CAPEX projects.
- Stakeholder management experience and great communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to consistently deliver high quality reporting and material.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Preferably a solid knowledge of accounting and financial controls.
- Exposure to Sarbanes Oxley Compliance and control environment would be an advantage
