About usThe Finance Business Partnering team provides strategically focused support to leadership teams across UCL. The team forges strong relationships with stakeholders to enable expert advice, critical challenge and timely decision support to enable the best financial performance. The team is responsible for building trusted relationships and providing professional financial advice to UCL stakeholders.About the roleAs one of our Finance Business Partners, you’ll be responsible for leading the business partnering relationship with a senior budget-holder and other budget-holders within their portfolio as part of the newly formed and re-positioned finance business partnering team. The BP team is responsible for providing a professional finance and business advice service to UCL.In the job of Finance Business Partner, you’ll build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with senior managers and their teams. You’ll lead on financial and resource matters; influence decision making; improve the understanding of business performance; support business strategy development; deliver analysis and insight on business opportunities; and provide options and scenarios for business decisions.A full list of duties can be found on the attached job description.About youTo do this job you’ll have:
