As a Finance Business Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Partner with various business processes and inventory management.
  • Take ownership of the site’s financial master data.
  • Ensure accurate production accounting for precise profit and loss statements.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and procurement partners to manage risk reporting, capacity analysis, and process improvement projects.
  • Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously and work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems, including SAP ECC.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant industry is required.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management abilities.
  • Skilled communicator capable of preparing and presenting business cases to senior management.
  • Confidence and ability to set directions in developing business cases.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is required, and knowledge of Danish would be beneficial.

About the department
You will be joining our Business Support department, which is a part of Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) Aseptic Manufacturing in Gentofte. Our department provides support to manufacturing areas across Gentofte. We have dedicated teams responsible for Investment Projects, LEAN & Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Intelligence & Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Warehouse Operations.In the Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement team, we manage all Operational Planning, Procurement, and Finance Partnering at the site. Our goal is to drive process excellence, optimize resource allocation, deliver insights and actions based on data, and be proactive partners to the organization. We strive to ensure transparency and provide the necessary tools for achieving low unit cost in both the short and long term.
You will be working with a diverse and high-performing team of 8-10 colleagues with varying levels of business experience. We leverage our collective expertise to identify gaps and propose high-quality solutions for continuous improvement and development of processes and the organization. Our department is ambitious and dedicated to delivering the best possible services to our production departments.
