You will play a critical role in driving the successful execution and continuous improvement of the financial technology landscape.Whether you have formal experience or are self-taught and eager to grow, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on learning new tools, solving complex problems, and applying cutting-edge technologies to drive real business impact.THE JOURNEY

• Analyze and document existing finance processes, identifying areas for automation and improvement.
• Design and implement automated finance workflows using the best solution available.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, ensuring they meet key performance indicators.
• Stay updated on emerging finance automation trends and recommend tools and technologies to enhance the team’s capabilities.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Education or Passion: A background in technology, finance, or a related field-or the drive and passion to immerse yourself in it.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Power Automate, Make, UI Path, Action Flows in Celonis, or Google Cloud Platforms AI products.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Excel and SQL.
• Bonus: Intermediate programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, VBA).
• Basic understanding of core finance processes (e.g., accounting, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay) and their technological enablement-or a strong desire to learn.
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach.
