Salary: £27-£33k – Dependent on experience

The role:

· Daily cash reconciliation for multiple currency accounts & credit cards

· Processing purchase invoices, matching to purchase orders, obtaining authorisation where necessary, coding to the system and resolving any queries

· Preparing proposed payment runs and uploading payments onto the bank

· Assist with the implementation of various processes to adhere to new compliance and governance structure

· Supplier statement reconciliations

· Expenses processing & payment

· Responsible for specific monthly balance sheet reconciliations & journals

· Month end reconciliations for all bank accounts & credit cards

· Month end intercompany reconciliations & agreements

· Monitor multiple 3rd party portals for new invoices and reports

· Any adhoc/additional tasks as required by senior management accountant

Experience

· Experience within a D2C Business is preferable

· Understand basic accounting concepts/bookkeeping

· Moderate Excel skills

· Dealing with large volume of transactional posting

· Be super organised and have the ability to work in a start-up environment

· Show initiative and be proactive when it comes to problem solving

· Be a team player
