Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our Master Data Team. This role goes beyond managing data – you’ll be a trusted partner in ensuring data integrity and financial accuracy, while contributing to the growth of our international team.
You’ll work with colleagues across the USA, Europe, and Asia, collaborating to maintain a single source of truth for our financial and master data systems.

Responsibilities:

-Create, update, and deactivate supplier and customer records, including bank details and tax IDs.
-Ensure all key fields are accurately populated and validated before releasing accounts.
-Maintain a single source of truth to reduce duplication and errors.
-Verify documentation for new supplier onboarding and changes to existing master data.
-Review, verify, and approve employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
-Update lease schedules and ensure all new leases, renewals, or amendments are recorded promptly.
-Record assets in the ERP system (Workday) and support monthly depreciation runs.
-Handle email requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions related to your areas of responsibility.
-Collaborate effectively with managers, peers, and colleagues using Microsoft Teams or in-person when needed.
-Participate in ongoing training, support team initiatives, and contribute to a positive team culture.
 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience or training.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably with Master Data Management responsibilities.
-Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
-Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle is a plus.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
-Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning.
-Team-oriented, enthusiastic, flexible, and capable of building strong interpersonal relationships.
