As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare / review financial reports, including financial statements,
– Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, etc
– Ensure reconciliation between SAP and Polish GAP is done timely
– Conduct month-end and year-end close processes,
– Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits
– make sure Hatch policies are being applied
– support financial systems implementation
– Report to EUR Regional Finance Manager
Requirments:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA) is required.
– Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior/supervisor role.
– In-depth knowledge of Polish compliance, tax and accounting standards and IFRS.
– Proficiency in SAP, Excel.
– Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
– Effective communication skills in both Polish and English.
