Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Finance Analyst will support the Client Team with all areas of the finance function of the account, including month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for the Client, Account Management team and to the JLL Corporate Finance Team.What this job involvesPrepare and present the monthly management accounts within the agreed timescalesAdvise the Client Finance team on any risks highlighted through the preparation of the monthly management accountsSupport with annual budget plan preparation and submission as assignedMonth end preparation including GL review and journals/accruals postingEnsuring that intercompany balances are alignedEnsure that all expenditures are correctly allocated and authorised in line with company policies. In case of any misallocations, proper reclasses are prepared and corrective actions taken to ensure that similar errors will be migitated in the futureReview Staff expensesOverseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivablesCooperation with various stakeholders including Facility Managers, Sourcing, GL Team, Corporate Teams and our counterparts in India to ensure good relationshipProvide assistance to consolidation team as requiredAd hoc reporting/duties as and when requiredDesired skills and experience for this jobEnglish Language essential2-3yrs experience in similar finance rolesRelevant degree and or accounting qualificationAdvanced in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access/Power Pivot)Articulate clearly in both written and verbal communicationSelf-motivated with the ability to enthuse and manage multi-cultural teamsExcellent organisational & Interpersonal Skills
