• Manage project financials based on contractual developments.
• Periodic analysis and explanation of financial performance of projects and accurate forecasting for P&L and Cash Flow
• Monthly updates of projects in view of the monthly financial closure and forecasting
• Identifies, monitors, reports, escalate all commercial risks & opportunities.
• Ensure clean and accurate record keeping of financial documents of project in adherence to company’s policies, financial reporting guidelines and local requirements
• Ensure effective communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Together with Project Managers/Customer Service Managers prepares monthly status meetings and present project financials to management.
• Actively participation in change order and ensuring the right base for price calculation and proposals.

Your expertise:

• You have graduated in master’s degree in economics/Finance.
• At least 3-5 years of experience on project controlling/business controlling or similar position.
• You are fluent in Italian as well as in English. Spanish as a plus.
• Proactive approach, always looking to add value to the organization and being well trusted partner of the Management.
• You have Excellent knowledge of the full Microsoft Office 365 package including traditional apps (like Excel, Power Point) and new apps (like Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). Preferably solid knowledge for data visualization (like PowerBI or Qlik) or data manipulation (SQL, Python or Jedox).
• You have analytical skills and Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Software tools knowledge.
• Self-starters who are results-oriented, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative.
