Now there is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, professional and engaged Finance Analyst to join our Northern Europe Hub Finance team. Could this be you?

Your purpose and responsibilities:

The Finance Analyst – overhead costs supports the country GMs and Finance managers in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, as well as the Department heads in the UK in planning, understanding and optimizing their people and overhead costs.

Your main responsibilities will be

  • Support the cost center managers to provide a clear view of expected actuals and forecast, with clear variance analysis as appropriate. You will also provide future insights into any potential opportunities/risks

  • Coordinate the forecast consolidation process for Overheads costs, monthly reporting production, validation and reviews

  • Manage month-end closing of overhead costs (Accruals, Gap analysis vs plans, actualising forecasts)

  • Validate payroll output from payroll provider and work closely with HR to ensure accuracy of the payroll prior to its release

  • Responsible for monthly reconciliations of the payroll and NVO accrual accounts, including completion of payroll monthly audit pack

  • Ensure SOX compliance and support audit requests

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or related field

  • You are a master when it comes to prioritization and planning

  • Passion for delivering high quality work supported by a natural attention to detail

  • Ambitions for a global career in a world renowned FMCG company

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets and, ideally, experience with SAP and Business Warehouse

  • Strong financial statement understanding and sharp in financial analysis

  • Fluent in English

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
