Safety, environment, and wellbeing are our foundation, and we never compromise them.We are looking for a Field Service Superintendent E&A (Técnico de campo eléctrico) with a main responsibility in supervising Field Service Electrical & Automation activities on 4-Stroke Marine Engines and Propulsion Control Systems. The preferred location for this position is Valencia, Spain.Your role and responsibilitiesAs a Field Service Superintendent E&A your work will include those responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute Field Service Electrical & Automation (E&A) activities on 4-Stroke Marine Engines and Propulsion Control Systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and automation systems on marine vessels.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve electrical and automation issues on marine engines and propulsion systems.
• Working on-site in new installations (commissioning) and participating during overhauls (marine installations and power plants).
• Prepare detailed service reports, including findings, recommendations, and actions taken.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field service engineers and technicians during service operations.
• Liaise with customers to understand their needs, provide technical advice, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all service activities are carried out in compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

Requirements for the position

• Experience from working with 4-stroke engines (Diesel, Gas or DF) and Propulsion equipment (CPP, Thrusters, waterjets).
• Good knowledge of Written and Spoken English.
• Experience in Troubleshooting, overhauls and commissioning.
• Availability to travel (around 80% of the time).
• Good communication and cooperation skills, especially in multicultural environments
• Attention to safety.
• Experience in team working.
• Reporting skills.
• Experience in dealing directly with Clients.
• Time management and ability to work under pressure.
