One of the main subsidiaries in Europe by developing tailored and efficient solutions on Medical Devices that implement our global and European strategies in Spain and Portugal requieres hiring a:FIELD SERVICE SOFTWARE ENGINEERResponsabilities:

• Implement software projects.
• Develop and implement HL7/DICOM integration projects and integration engines.
• Provide custom solutions, including programming and scripting knowlege.
• Resolve, manage and track software incidents.
• Engage technical actions derived from current maintenance contracts (preventive, corrective, support, etc.)
• Occasionally handle client inquiries regrading techniacl specifications, installation time, etc.
• Collaborate in preparing the installation schedule and interact with the suppliers and hospitals representative.
• Offer consulting services to clients thought product presentations.
• Prepare technical reports of completed installations with appropiate documentation.
• Train clients on the features of the implemented solutions.
• Occasionally coorperate with the central development team in Germany for issues that cannot be resolved locally and for product development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Engineering (specialization in Computer Science).
• 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Advanced level of English.
• Analytical ability, capacity for learning, communication, flexibility, customer service, customer orientation, collaboration, planning and results orientation.
