For our sites in Agathenburg we are looking for Field Service Representative (M/F/T)

Your tasks:

• Order processing and order acceptance in German and English

• Preparing cost estimates minus discounts as specified and scheduling orders

• Preparing offers for standard products according to specified lists

• Customer advice and support in German and English

• Customer visits

• Handling complaints

• Preparing cost estimates

• Preparing documentation for the customer

• Checking the credit limit in collaboration with accounting

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as technician/clerk

• Affinity for both areas (technology / office)

• Ability to communicate and work in a team

• Written and spoken English is an advantage

• SAP knowledge in SD;MM;PP
