Field Service Manager – medical technology

Field service manager – medical technology wanted for our client, a quickly growing player in the medical devices industry based near Mechelen.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a team of 8 service engineers
* responsible of managing and planning pre-installation, maintenance and repairs
* Customer contact
* Support field service and sales teams
* Continuous improvement of the department

Requirements

* Previous experience as field service manager, coach, coordinator or team leader
* Hands on technical experience as field service technician
* Experience with coaching, training and motivating others
* Good knowledge of Dutch, English and French
* A2/Bachelor/Master degree in engineering, electronics, electromechanics,…
