• On-site service management of mid to large size Projects in Spain and EMEA.
• Planning, preparing, and performing service calls.
• Commissioning new equipment, repairs, and troubleshooting at customer sites within the entire territory.
• Provide Learning lessons to engineering and sales, sharing on-site experience.
• Conduct Technical Trainings for our customers.
• Telephone Support during office hours.
• Proactively selling Coperion products: Offers, Follow-Up.
• Support Spare Parts and Sales in Spain and the EMEA Region.
• Travel on a daily basis within Spain and EMEA (occasionally worldwide).

Responsibility

• Monitoring critical Projects Intervention.
• Monitoring the Field Service Business, doing Adjustments and Improvements.
• Adjusting and modifying Coperion equipment as required to meet the customer’s process needs.
• Handling and coordinating warranty claims and deficiency notes.
• Reporting and collecting information during and after projects to avoid repeating failures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar position.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Nice to have experience with extrusion.
• Problem-solving skills.
