Job Description Summary:

Are you ready to advance your career with a global leader in medical technology? Join Stryker’s dynamic team as a Mako Field Service Engineer covering the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide on-site technical support and customer service tasks.
* Deliver, install, repair, maintain, and test Mako robotic devices.
* Resolve operational issues in the field through troubleshooting.
* Determine customer needs and provide recommendations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure top-tier customer support.
* Manage work progress and adhere to schedules.
* Track and document work progress, completing service reports.
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

What are we looking for?

* Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
* at least 3 years experience with robotics, medical devices or other complex products
* Problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently, making critical decisions with minimal direction.
* Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office applications.
* Fluent in English.
