Lutron Services Company, Inc. has immediate openings for Field Service Engineers in the Paris Area. A successful Field Service Engineer will drive for excellence in customer satisfaction, enjoy troubleshooting and setting up complex systems, and have a passion for learning new technology. Lutron Services Co., Inc. offers a broad portfolio of services to support our customers from initial design through implementation, ongoing management, and continual improvement of their total light environment.
In this position, you would be a key part of our expanding Field Service team, as the Lutron expert at customer sites ensuring that our advanced lighting systems are commissioned properly and serviced post-installation. This role is an integral part of our customer-focused business model as customers are the foundation of our business.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary customer service to Lutron customers in the field.
- Become proficient in servicing, troubleshooting and repairing Lutron Systems while following field service procedures.
- Coordinate with on-site contractors, lighting designers and facility managers to ensure proper system installation and handover.
- Sell Lutron’s service products, such as service contracts, and system upgrades
- Support Technical Support team when needed.
- Participate in Customer Education sessions

Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Computer Science desirable
- 3-5 years Electrical and construction site experience
- 3-5 year hands-on Lighting/AV commissioning experience
- Knowledge in lighting controls, building management systems or computer networking is required
- Strong problem solving/fault finding skills
- Ability to travel frequently including other countries within Europe
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid Driver’s license
- Fluency in English and French (other languages would be an advantage)
