A Day in the Life

Service & Repair Italia is part of the Medtronic S&R worldwide organization. Our mission is to maintain during their entire cycle-life in the Field, the features and the performances of the Medtronic devices at the highest standards in terms of quality, safety and reliability. This is the way in which we contribute to the Medtronic Mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life. The ideal candidate is based in Lombardia, with preference for Milano. This is a permanent contract with fully remote working model.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• The Field Service Engineer will be dedicated to technical support activities: installation, testing, preventive and corrective maintenance at the customer’s site on equipment marketed by Medtronic
• Responsible of personal spare parts inventory and Service Max activities closed in time.
• Supporting colleagues in field on service activities
• Supporting future product integration by organizing or performing upgrades and/or configuration updates to the equipment installed base
• The primary area of responsibility will be the Lombardia region, but occasional travel throughout the national territory and abroad is also expected

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Technical education, diploma or higher with a focus on electronics
• Good written and spoken English (B2 level)
• Good basic computer skills
• Driver’s license, willingness to travel throughout the national territory and abroad
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
