Position Summary

The FSE will be supporting for STERIS IPT capital equipment due to direct sale and distribution of STERIS HK. His / Her main role will be performing on-site installation, providing ad-hoc and routine repair service on our capital equipment. The role is essential for our organization to provide timely support and response to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Duties

1. Perform installation, corrective, and preventive maintenance for in-house and on-site medical equipment

   1. Ensure that the service plans are executed as per the schedule

   2. Communicate and coordinate with team members and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule

   3. Provide quality product support via phone / on-site service

   4. Documentation of maintenance records

   5. File product complaints

   6. Maintain inventory for equipment, spare parts, and tools

   7. Provide in-service training for the customers

   8. Ensure a superior level of customer satisfaction

   9. Other duties as assigned

Education Degree

Vocational/Technical

Required Experience

1. Experience on repairing Medical, laboratory and healthcare equipment. Comfortable to work in clinic and hospital.

   1. Basic computer / IT knowledge

   2. Basic Network knowledge

   3. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

   4. Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills and ability.

   5. Team player and good communication skills
