- Undertake scheduled repairs in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices
- Undertake emergency repairs in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices
- Undertake occasional scheduled service work in accordance with the standards set out in the relevant manufacturers equipment manual.
- Accurately record all work undertaken
- Provide a 24hr x 7day emergency on-call service as required
- Comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times
- Ensure quality of output at all times
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Ensure the correct equipment/tools are carried to undertake the role
- Adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company.
- Identify continuous improvement and sales opportunities
Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience within the warehouse automated industry.
- Suitable qualification to satisfy local requirements.
- Good understanding of control systems and techniques especially Siemens S7 along with Distributed Control Systems/Drives and Scanners.
- LEEA Part 1.
- Working knowledge of LOLER or equivalent regulations.
- Working knowledge of FEM and BS standards governing the automated warehouse industry.
