We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for sales, channel & relationships to join our Benelux team.The role is a hybrid role including both Channel sales and Direct touch and is responsible for the growth and impact that our high touch channel partners can provide for their end customers. As a Field Sales Manager at WithSecure, you will have the flexibility and autonomy to design your own schedule, giving you the opportunity to balance your work and personal life seamlessly. This is a fully remote role, with flexible offices where needed, with the responsibility to grow the regional business through your existing and new acquired partners.Key Responsibilities

  • Attract and recruit new partners, such as Dutch MSP’s.
  • Nurture existing partner relationships and increase retention of customers and partners.
  • Develop and implement (new) sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales success.
  • Optimize the usage of our complete portfolio of services and software.
  • Be able to be the sparring partner for the C-suite within our partners and end customers estates.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance and business plans to identify areas for improvement.
  • Cooperate closely with Marketing colleagues to implement and host local marketing activities.
  • Ability to drive prospecting of potential new regional accounts towards our channel.
  • Up & cross-sell via current partners to enhance portfolio expansion.

  • Proven experience in (channel) sales
  • Knowledge of the local market (Partners and Customers)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Passion for achieving results and exceeding goals
  • Positive growth mindset
  • Ability to communicate in English (company language is English)
  • Knowledge about the cyber security field will help you be more effective quicker
  • Familiarity with Salesforce will aid you in getting started faster
