The Position

As our Field Sales Manager Obesity, you will be responsible for building and generating sustainable regional market share by effective execution of sales and marketing plans. You will be managing and developing sales team to maximize the existing business potential. As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a key role in this mission by working directly with healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will go beyond presenting the latest therapies; you will also educate and support the medical community on best practices, cutting-edge research, and the most effective methods for treating obesity. Position will be based in Wroclaw or Poznan and covering Western Poland

Key Accountabilities will include:

• Allocations of sales force effort to deliver on planed sales targets/marketing objectives.

• Develops and ensures execution of sales plans, targets, and budgets within national sales strategy.

• Coaching & development of sales representatives’ competencies through Novo Nordisk way of coaching.

• Collects & reports data about customers, sales field activities, competitor’s activities, health care environment developments.

• Effectiveness of sales promotion resources allocation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we require you to have very good understanding of local pharmaceutical market and strong product portfolio knowledge. You also must have good managerial skills and team building personality focused on coaching and leading to bring effectiveness sales strategies.

To be effective in this role, it is mandatory to have:

• University degree related to natural science or health care

• Experience in sales management role in pharmaceutical industry with a proven achievements record

• Solid knowledge of MS Office

• Driving license

• Knowledge of English language is strongly preferred

As a person, you need to have excellent communication and presentation skills which are essential to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (clarity and concision, friendliness, confidence, empathy, open-mindedness, respect), picking the right medium (adjust the form of communication to the subject and audience).
