The Execution/Analytics Associate will work in support of the overall marketing team. They will support in the analysis and execution of campaigns and events, to attract the attention of new buyers and influencers, build demand and influence existing pipeline through direct and partner engagement.This is a fixed term full-time role, and we anticipate 38 hours per week.Operational responsibilitiesMain responsibilities will involve:

  • Analyzing marketing campaigns and events to ensure they align with our KPIs
  • Manage the administration of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the routing of activities/leads/opportunities across different teams.
  • Support in the financial execution, including the creation of purchase orders and help manage the overall budget.
  • Executing campaigns across all marketing channels including digital marketing, events, webinars, email marketing, content, account-based marketing etc.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams (Sales, Industry Advisors, Centre of Excellence, Presales, etc) to support and rollout campaigns and activities in the BeLux.
  • Prepare internal communications, presentations, and materials.
  • Support the marketing team in all campaign activities including data analytics, reporting & other administrative tasks.

  • Fluent in English language, Dutch and/or French speaking is preferred.

  • Marketing Professional with 1-4 years of B2B or B2C experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, no hardcore data-analyst background is needed, but we are looking for someone who knows how to deal with data.
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who excels in focusing on intricate details and ensures accuracy and precision in their work.
  • Experience in the software/high-tech industry is a nice to have.
  • Desire to learn multiple tools and solutions.
  • Campaign management experience; managing multiple tasks/ deadlines.
  • Team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and copes well with pressure
  • Inquisitive and not afraid to challenge and ask questions.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders – both internal and external (agency management)
  • Ability to commute to the office on regular bases.
