This role ensures the development curriculum meets client needs and helps attract top graduates.Typical Role Qualifications and Competences
- Education: University degree in business, human resources, or a relevant discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a managerial role with a proven track record in client and people management.
- Skills: Strong communication, consultative selling, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Fluency in Dutch and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Regularly visit clients to manage accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
- Curriculum Development: Benchmark and update the development curriculum to meet industry standards.
- Talent Acquisition: Attract and recruit top graduates for the VYP program.
- Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with alumni and facilitate their transition to clients post-program.
Key Challenges
- Talent Matching: Ensuring the right fit between VYP’ers and client projects.
- Curriculum Relevance: Keeping the training program up-to-date with industry developments.
- Client Expectations: Managing and meeting client expectations consistently.
Success Factors
- Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback from clients regarding the performance of VYP’ers.
- Program Growth: Increasing the number of clients participating in the VYP program.
