Remotely based in the areas of Madrid or Barcelona.
We are seeking a dynamic Field Clinical Specialist to join our team and lead clinical and technical activities for the Radioembolization franchise, specifically with Therasphere, within the Iberia territory. The ideal candidate will have a degree in nursing, biomedical engineering, pharmacy, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in an operating room. This role requires an upper-intermediate level of English and can be based either in Madrid or Barcelona.
About the role:
As a Field Clinical Specialist (FCS), you will provide clinical support to assigned accounts, working closely with Account Managers and reporting directly to the Product Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain market share at BSC accounts by delivering exceptional product in-servicing, product evaluations, and continuous procedural education.
Your responsibilities will include:

-Achieve Therasphere sales target in Iberia:
Supported by Account Managers, you will contribute to the development of the annual strategic plan by providing detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope, including market size and potential, market/product trends, business opportunities, competitive landscape, and updated clinical and economic stakeholders.
-Tender/negotiation management:
Based on clinical support, you will assist Account Managers in gathering information about upcoming tenders and negotiation opportunities.
-Technical and clinical support to clients:
Attend cases face-to-face or remotely with our customers and advise physicians on clinical attributes and techniques associated with our products.

-Dosimetry support to Nuclear Medicine professionals.
-Technical support to Interventional Radiology professionals.
-Relationship with key opinion leaders in Iberia.
-Clinical development in tumor boards:

-Presence in digestive, surgery, and oncology services.
-Ability to conduct sessions in multidisciplinary committees.
-Ability to discuss clinical studies and sell through Therasphere evidence.
-Lead the therapy in Iberia:

-Define qualitative objectives for radioembolization with Therasphere.
-Conduct quarterly follow-up calls of the therapy with the commercial team.
-Responsible for internal training of the Boston Scientific sales team.
-Support in organizing marketing activities.
-Weekly follow-up of Therasphere orders with the sales team.
What we are looking for in you:

-Degree in nursing, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
-Experience in medical devices within radiology, hepatology, or nuclear medicine (desirable).
-At least 2 years of experience in an operating room, preferably as a Field Clinical Specialist or Account Manager.
-Native/bilingual Spanish and a good level of English.
-Availability to travel for business (at least 60% of the time) across the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal).
-Strong interpersonal and relational skills.
-Ability to work in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
-Preferably based in the areas of Madrid or Barcelona.
