Follow @abbvie on , , , , and .Job DescriptionAs Field Brand Manager you are part of a high performing cross-functional In Field Team and you report to the Commercial Lead, Solid Tumor for Scandinavia.You are responsible for tactical execution built on the Solid Tumor brand strategy. You have an important informal leadership role of the cross functional team, where energy is strong, and the level of competence is high.You will gather market insights and customer experience to ensure that the In Field Team can focus and deliver on customer- and patient-centric strategies and tactics. Navigate the matrix to ensure appropriate shared goals and KPI´s are set in the In Field Team.As a Field Brand Manager in our team, you will play a significant role in the strategic and operational planning and implementation of initiatives to ensure successful development of our brands. In collaboration with the cross-functional team as well as external key stakeholders, develop and lead initiatives that aim to increase standard of care within Oncology, and maximize opportunities within the existing tender structure.You are also responsible for building new relations with key stakeholders as well as maintaining existing relations, such as external experts and decision makers. In this role you will also be involved in development of local messages and materials.Highlighted Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive strategic account management to execute brand strategies and fulfil business potential.
  • Ensure sales and business potential through tactical planning and follow-up with HCP’s.
  • Capture customer insights to navigate strategies and tactics
  • Sales analytics
  • Segmentation and targeting
  • Call planning in collaboration with the IFT
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of engagement plans across the IFT
  • Ensure communication from IFT to BT to navigate BT strategies
  • Share customer insights
  • Competitive intelligence
  • As the IFT Lead set the framework and lead the collaboration in the IFT
  • Lead the IFT Account Planning / engagement process
  • Navigate the matrix to ensure appropriate shared goals and KPIs are set
  • Develop marketing initiatives to ensure implementation of BT strategies and customer needs, building on challenger and develop local campaigns and materials

QualificationsQualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, biological sciences, pharmacy, business related field, or equivalent
  • Broad based business-oriented understanding of sales and marketing with strong business acumen.
  • Proven Track record of at least 5 years of successful sales in a hospital setting
  • In-depth understanding of and ability to drive account management, on an individual, regional and national level
  • Ability to lead, motivate and coordinate cross functional teams
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
  • Project management experience, due diligence, coordination
